These handbuilt stoneware ornaments feature my own homegrown and dried flowers that are pressed into the raw clay. When they burn off in the bisque firing, I go back with colorful underglazes to pick up on the texture left behind. Then they are fired again, which adds the light green glaze and structural stability. Each one is handmade and will have a  different floral pattern, since the real flowers cannot be reused.
